This listing is for exactly what is shown in the photo. This is brand new with box and the box may have some minor shelf ware. It has a twist top and is 8 ounces. It should not be used for carbonated drinks. This is not returnable once used since I will not be able to resell it. Also I have had some customers recently just return items because they changed their mind. If that is the case a $5 restocking fee for my time to package, take to the post office, inspect once received back and then lastly process the return. Also the cost to ship this to you($6)as well as the return shipping if my account is charged for that will also be deducted. If there was a mistake on my part. I will do my very best to make it right by paying all shipping fees and if it is possible to send you a replacement with that shipping paid by me as well. I recycle packaging materials whenever possible to be environmentally friendly. My packaging is very good but if by chance the USPS damages it during shipping please do not hold me responsible.
